Product delivered on time, nice packing and good condition.

Verified ownerThe multi use pen took weeks to arrive. When it eventually turned up it was not in insulated packaging. The only refrigeration was a defrosted gel pack in the case which had defrosted days ago. The product was warm on delivery.
Also no instructions supplied at all with the pan and no needles, wipes etc.
On contacting herbal for instructions they told me they don’t give instructions and to find a doctor to help me here in the states.
The pen was not boxed like in the website photo and the stickers were all peeling off.
Such a shady product.
Would not recommend using this company.
